Farm Style Deviled Eggs

Deviled eggs are such a good go to recipe for pot lucks, community gatherings or holiday event. These have a slight twist because they use pickled radish pod juice and are topped with bacon! Mmmmm ๐Ÿ™‚

Ingredients

12 hard-cooked eggs

3 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

ยฝ cup sour cream

1/3 cup potato flakes

*2 tablespoons radish pod juice

2 tablespoons fresh parsley

1 tablespoon fresh chives

5 cooked egg yellows

ยผ teaspoon salt

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes

Directions

In medium bowl combine sour cream, potato flakes, radish pod juice, fresh herbs, and seasonings: mix well.

Cut eggs in half lengthwise.

Add 5 yolks to mixture. Find a use for the remaining yolks (dog bowl at our home).

Spoon mixture into each egg white half.

Garnish with bacon.

Substitutions

In place of radish pod juice you may substitute pickle juice or pepperoncini juice.
